Accenture has unveiled ambitious plans to establish 10 AI hubs worldwide, dedicated to generative artificial intelligence (AI). The initiative is part of the company’s strategic move to leverage the ongoing AI boom. These AI hubs, known as generative AI studios, will serve as collaborative spaces where companies can explore innovative applications of generative AI to optimize and transform their business operations responsibly.
Accenture’s AI hubs will be located in global cities such as London, Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, and Washington, D.C., providing clients with the opportunity to delve into commercial applications of generative AI. While each studio will cater to all industries and functions, specific locations will exhibit deeper specialization to address the unique needs of clients. For instance, the Chicago AI hubs will focus on financial services, health, life sciences, consumer goods and services, Industry X, and manufacturing.
This initiative is part of Accenture’s substantial $3 billion investment in data and AI. The generative AI studios aim to connect clients with Accenture’s top data and AI experts, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange within the Center for Advanced AI.
