The Manipur University Alumni Association (MUAA) officially launched its new website today, providing a global platform for alumni to connect, network, and contribute to the institution’s development.
The inauguration took place at the Vice-Chancellor’s Committee Room at Manipur University and was performed by Vice-Chancellor Professor N. Lokendra Singh, attended by MUAA executive members.
During the event, the Vice-Chancellor encouraged alumni to actively engage with the association and support the university’s progress.The portal aims to foster stronger collaboration among Manipur University’s global alumni community.
Established on November 11, 2004, and formally registered under the Manipur Societies Registration Act 1989 (Regn. No. 889/M/SR/2022), MUAA has organized alumni meets, seminars, workshops, and community relief efforts over the years.
The launch marks a key milestone in building a vibrant alumni network dedicated to advancing the university.
At the event’s conclusion, the Vice-Chancellor felicitated Mr. Irengbam Tilokchan Singh, a life member of the association who provided technical support for developing the website.
