Six Naga Civilians and the Questions Manipur Cannot Avoid

The recovery of the mutilated bodies of six abducted Naga civilians has become more than a criminal case. It has become a test of truth, credibility, and accountability in Manipur. The central question is no longer only who committed the crime. That must be established through investigation and evidence. The equally important question is whether some people knew more than they admitted while the victims were still missing.
