Vampire Survivors Tides of the Foscari Second DLC on April 13

The Best Game award winner of BAFTA Games Awards 2023, Vampire Survivors, will release Tides of the Foscari’s second DLC on April 13th. The announcement was disclosed on March 31st on Xbox News’ website.

Fans of the game are thrilled with this announcement and are eagerly looking forward to the DLC’s release. Due to its distinctive combination of multiplayer action and survival horror, Vampire Survivors has become a trendy game. The forthcoming DLC is anticipated to amplify the game’s excitement further.

An unrevealed game’s Tides of the Foscari expansion will transport players to the enchanting forests of Western Europe. Inspired by folklore and fairy tales, the Great Forest houses a myriad of mystical creatures that inhabit the thin veil between worlds.

The magnificent Foscari Academy, a school that educates the world’s most elite students on becoming warriors, scholars, and leaders, is located in the heart of the forest.

Over time, the academy’s extensive facade has been modified, resulting in a curious and unique mishmash of architectural styles from different cultures worldwide. The academy has three houses: The Azure Tower, The Crimson Anvil, and The Amber Sickle.

The Azure Tower concentrates on natural sciences and diplomacy, teaching hedge witches and novice mages to become powerful sorcerers and warlocks. The Crimson Anvil specializes in warfare, engineering, architecture, demolition, and blacksmithing, while The Amber Sickle trains students in accounting, agriculture, animal husbandry, archery, and even spycraft.

The Tides of the Foscari expansion will comprise eight new characters, thirteen new weapons, a new stage, seven new music tracks, and twenty new achievements for players to attain.

Lucky players had the chance to take an early sneak peek of the DLC at WASD in London over the weekend. The official launch will be on April 13th.

Players can explore the magical woods, attend classes at the prestigious Foscari Academy, and employ their newfound abilities to defeat the lurking monsters within.

The expansion promises to deliver new content and features to the game, including a new game mode named Foscari, which is a team-based mode where players compete to seize and hold critical positions on the map. It also introduces new weapons, abilities, and skins, as well as UI and gameplay mechanics improvements.

Recently, Vampire Survivors won the Best Game award as well as the Best Game Design award at the BAFTA Games Awards 2023.
