The Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) today clarified that the 5 individuals , which the State police claimed arrested as cadres of PLA on August 16 by combined team of Thoubal Police and Commando are not related and have nothing to do with the activities of RPF or its armed wing PLA.
A press statement by Bangkim, Assistant Secretary, Publicity RPF said that the 5 individuals –Keidongbam Subol @khonmei (43), son of Late Keidongbam Biradhon of Wangbal Mayai Leikai; Paonam Manikanta @Amuyaima (32), son of Paonam Arun, Jirighat Lakhinagar, presently staying in Tentha Tuwabanda; Thambalmani (46), wife of Md Tomba of Yairipok Singga Ithei Mapal; Sougaijam Ronal (32) son of Sougaijam Sanayaima of Kakching Wairi Kamala Pareng and Naorem Briten (27) son of Naorem Rajendro of Kakching Khunyai Leikai are not related with the RPF or its army wing PLA
