The Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) today clarified that the three individuals , which the State police claimed arrested as cadres of PLA on August 22 by combined team of Thoubal Police Commando and 16 Assam Rifles is not related and have nothing to do with the activities of RPF or its armed wing PLA.
A press statement by Bangkim, Assistant Secretary, Publicity RPF said that the three individuals – Sanasam Gobin @ Mani Meetei (32), son of Sanasam Manglemba Meetei of Wangoo Saban Maning Leikai, Bishnupur district, Ward No.4; Sanasam Manglemba (56), son of late Sanasam Chini Meetei of Wangoo Saban Maning Leikai, Bishnupur district, Ward No.4; Nandeibam Jilangamba @Bungcha (26), son of Nandeibam Niladhaja of Pourabi Awang Leikai are not related with the RPF or its army wing PLA.
