In continuation of serving the society to mark the 30th Foundation Day of the All Manipur United Clubs’ Organisation (AMUCO) organized blood donation camp begins yesterday. The camp will continue till the 10th of this month.
Earlier, AMUCO distributes food items to the old age home and children’s homes and promotes unity and peace to the different sections of society. This was done to strengthen the relationship of AMUCO with the various clubs and NGOs who are working for the welfare of society.
The blood donation camp was participated by people who share the same ideologies as the AMUCO in serving humanity. The camp was held in RIMS and JNIMS. The National Health Mission (Blood cell) supported the camp.
The Blood Bank staffs of the Department of Transfusion Medicine, RIMS, and JNIMS help the blood donors with the necessary support.
